You may request details of the personal information held about you under the General Data Protection Act. Privacy policy
The Friends of the Argyll Papers will ensure that we have your consent for the preservation of personal information and will only use the information provided to administer your membership. We will ensure that all sensitive personal information that is collected is managed confidentially at all times. Personal information will only be shared with those authorised and with a need to see it to administer your membership. We will not retain such information any longer than is necessary. Paper copies of personal information will be destroyed by shredding. No image or photocopy of the personal information will be retained. You will be asked to provide your full name, your postal address including postcode, your telephone number, and your email address. Financial details are gathered, collated, and kept securely by Enthuse, the financial service which administers payments on our behalf. These details are not made available to the Friends of the Argyll Papers. This policy may be amended in line with best practice or new data protection legislation. Please revisit this guidance occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from November 2022.
